Superior Functionality
The time sheet itself is
entered into a grid with the days of the pay period across the top
and the earnings along the side. A check box is used to indicate
that the time for the period has been entered and is complete. A
separate check box is used by the department head (or by who ever is
responsible for approving employee time) that the time has been
approved. Once approved, the employee may no longer make changes to
their time. |
