Solution:
The current Business Date is
the outside of the range of days specified in GL >
Maintenance > Global Settings. (For ex: if the
posting window value in Global Settings is 10, then
you can post within 10 days of the last period
closed. (See GL > Maintenance > Period Processing).
For ex: if the last period closed is 7/31/2004 and
the posting window is 10, then your business date
must be less or equal to 8/10/2004.
